The Carolyn Watson Opportunities Scholarship provides renewable scholarships to graduating high school seniors from approved rural counties in Oklahoma. Recipients will be chosen for their exceptional ability in either arts and humanities, science and engineering, or community leadership, as well as their demonstration of financial need.
