The Carrie Ann Nix Blakey Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors from Tuttle, Blanchard, Chickasha, Minco, Bridge Creek, Newcastle, Amber-Pocasset, Moore, Westmoore, Southmoore, Yukon, or Mustang high schools in Oklahoma. Special consideration is given to Tuttle High School applicants, as well as applicants involved in dance or cheerleading activities.
