The Carroll A. Lambton Memorial Scholarship provides undergraduate and graduate scholarships for employees of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and their children. Members of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and their children are also eligible. Students pursuing a degree in contracting or procurement receive special consideration.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Employee or child of an employee of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or a member or child of a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
  • Seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree as a fulltime student. Preference is given to students pursuing a degree or studies in contracting or procurement.
