The Carroll A. Lambton Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who are employees of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and their children OR members of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and their children. Students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students pursuing a degree or studies in contracting or procurement.
