The Carrollton Education Foundation Scholarships - Carrollton Community Scholarship program recognizes graduating seniors from Carrollton High School in Saginaw, Michigan. Students planning to attend a trade or vocational school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university are eligible to apply. Recipients are selected based on character, leadership, good citizenship, and overall participation and effort in school.
