This scholarship supports graduates of Roseburg High School in Roseburg, Oregon, South Umpqua High School in Myrtle Creek, Oregon, Douglas High School in Winston, Oregon, and Sutherlin High School in Sutherlin, Oregon, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll full-time at a public college or university in Oregon or North Dakota are encouraged to apply.
