The Cash Grant Program provides additional assistance to students attending an institution in Massachusetts Students who are studying for a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.

Requirements
  • Resident of Massachusetts (minimum one year)
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Attending a public institution in Massachusetts
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or permanent resident
  • Not have received a prior bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
  • Not be in default of any federal or state Student Loans for attendance at any institution or owe a refund for any previous financial aid received
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress in accordance with institutional and federal standards
  • Be in compliance with Selective Service Registration
  • Demonstrate financial need
