The C.E. Boucher Memorial Scholarship is available to students planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate or graduate study in the College of Engineering at the University of Washington, Washington State University, University of Oregon, or Oregon State University. Applicants who demonstrate leadership through participation in school, community, or work, or exhibit unusual personal or family circumstances are welcome to apply.
