The CenTex MOAA Chapter Scholarship offers financial assistance to graduating high school seniors in Texas who are active in JROTC and plan to participate in ROTC at the college level. Students who are residents of Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, Milam, or Williamson counties in Texas OR attend Mary Hardin-Baylor University or Texas A&M University-Central Texas are encouraged to apply.
