The Chafee Educational and Training Voucher (ETV) Program is available to students who are currently in the foster care system, aged out, or exited after the age of 14. Students who are pursuing a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
