The Charles and Betty Allen Scholarship offers financial support to students who are legally blind in both eyes. Students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree are encouraged to apply. Finalists are expected to attend the National Convention of the National Federation of the Blind in July.

  • Participation in community service, leadership, or work
  • Aged 18 by July 3, 2026
