The Charles and Betty Allen Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Kentucky and students attending school in Kentucky who are legally blind or low vision. Students planning to attend a college or university full-time and are eligible for this scholarship.

  • Recommendation by a fellow member of National Federation of the Blind Kentucky Preference is given to applicants who are totally blind.
