The Charles and Melva T. Owen Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to blind students seeking undergraduate or graduate degrees. Blind students who have a strong drive for financial independence are encouraged to apply. Finalists are expected to attend the National Convention of the National Federation of the Blind in July.
