The Charles C. & Mary Lou Miles Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from one of the 53 participating high schools in the Central Oklahoma Guidance Counselor Network. Students who are planning to attend a 4-year college or university in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to minority students who plan to study English education or industrial education.
