The Charles E. Leonard Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are blind or visually-impaired Vermonters, OR children of blind or visually impaired persons, OR those who intend to prepare for a career of service to blind or visually-impaired people. Students who demonstrate financial need and academic achievement are eligible to apply.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree
  • Attending or planning to attend an accredited school approved for federal Title IV funding in the U.S. or Canada
