The Charles E. Mueller M.D. Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to residents of Saginaw, Bay, or Midland counties in Michigan who are pursuing a graduate degree in medicine. Students currently enrolled at the University of Michigan Medical School are encouraged to apply. Recipients are evaluated based on academic records, work experience, and leadership through extracurricular activities and community service.
