The Charles Edward Kelley Memorial Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from Crockett High School in Austin, Texas who are planning to attend a trade or vocational school, or a 2- or 4-year college or university full-time. Applicants who are self-disciplined, demonstrate leadership, and not have received a full scholarship are encouraged to apply.
