The Charles Myron and Betty Gossman Veterans Scholarship is available to students attending St. Clair County Community College. Residents of St. Clair County who are honorably discharged veterans, children of veterans, or former students of Garfield Elementary in Port Huron, Michigan, are welcome to apply. Recipients are chosen for their financial need, community involvement, and academic performance.
