The Charleston Rotary Club Scholarship is available to residents of the Charleston, West Virginia metropolitan area who are studying business or a related field. Students who plan to attend a college or university in West Virginia are eligible to apply. Those with previous entrepreneurial or business experience will receive special consideration.
