The Charm Satree Memorial Scholarship is open to high school seniors or graduates of high schools in Nebraska. Students attending or planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply. Women who are pursuing a field of study in a traditionally male-dominated field receive special consideration, as do women with demonstrated leadership and participation in school and/or community activities or work experience.

Requirements

  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Graduate of a Nebraska high school
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree Preference is given to women who are pursuing a field of study in a traditionally maledominated field (e.g., automotive or aviation technology, carpentry, construction, diesel or electrical technology, engineering, HVAC, machinery, manufacturing, plumbing, robotics, welding) and to women with demonstrated leadership and participation in school and/or community activities or work experience.
