The Chester and Helen Luther Scholarship supports first-generation students from Oregon and Clark County, Washington, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students studying nursing (undergraduate and graduate level) or medicine (graduate level) who plan to enroll at least part-time at a public college or university in Oregon or Clark County are encouraged to apply.
