The Chester Rotary Club, Charles H. Kinsey, Jr. Memorial Scholarship recognizes residents of southern Chesterfield County in Virginia, who exhibit academic achievement. Students who participate in community service and extracurricular activities are welcome to apply. Active participants in an Interact Club may receive special consideration.
