The Chester T. Dickerson, Sr. Memorial Scholarship recognizes graduates of a public high school, vocational, technical school, or home school who are pursuing a bachelor's degree. Students raised and living in the Milford school district, Delaware are welcome to apply. Applicants who have an agricultural background and those who live in the Cedar Creek Hundred area receive special consideration.
