The Chief Carl T. Newland, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is available to children of Brevard County Law Enforcement Officers who are attending Eastern Florida State College Law Enforcement Academy. Residents of Brevard County, Florida, who are studying law enforcement are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to children of deceased Brevard County Law Enforcement Officers.
