Requirements
  • This program is open to dependent children of members or former members of the U.S. armed services who served on active duty after January 31, 1955, who are or have been prisoners of war or are or have been listed as missing in action, and who were residents of Pennsylvania for at least 12 months preceding service on active duty.
  • Eligible children must be enrolled in a program of at least 1 year in duration on at least a halftime basis at an approved school.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
