CHISPA Scholarship

About the Scholarship

The CHISPA (Community Housing Improvement Systems and Planning Association) Scholarship is offered to current residents (or students whose parents are residents) of CHISPA apartment buildings, CHISPA-constructed or renovated rental homes, homes purchased from CHISPA, or Self-Help homes constructed through the CHISPA Mutual Self-Help Housing program. Special consideration is given to students not attending Hartnell College or CSU Monterey Bay.
