The Christa McCluggage Scholarship is open to members of the Omicron chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta at the University of Southern California. Students seeking a bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply. If no undergraduate Omicron chapter member applies, the award is available to senior collegian or alumna members of the chapter seeking a graduate degree. If no member of the chapter applies, the award is available to any undergraduate Kappa Alpha Theta member seeking a bachelor's degree.
