The Chuck Schlemmer Memorial Scholarship for College Students is available to graduating high school seniors from West Noble High School in Ligonier, Indiana. Special consideration is given to students studying social studies (including anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, and sociology) or those who have completed at least one season of cross country or track.
