Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of North Carolina who are entering their first or second year of full-time study at an NCICU member institution.
  • Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate financial need.
  • As part of the selection process, they must submit brief statements on the factors that influenced their decision to attend their chosen college or university; the financial factors or considerations that influenced their decision to attend their chosen college or university; if they could speak to the person, company, or foundation sponsoring their scholarship, what would you want them to know about the scholarship's impact on their ability to attend college; something about their college experience thus far and what they anticipate the longterm impact of attending college will have in their life and their professional goals; and why they chose a private school.
