The Citizens 1st Bank/Perkins Family Foundation State Employees' Children's Scholarship is available to children of current employees of the State of Texas who are graduating or have graduated from a high school in Cherokee, Nacogdoches, or Smith counties in Texas. Students who demonstrate financial need are welcome to apply.
