About the Scholarship

The Cliff Lewis Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students or students currently enrolled in an associate degree program who intend to transfer to a 4-year college or university to study surveying, surveying engineering, geomatics, or geomatics engineering, or plan to pursue a career in land surveying. Special consideration is given to students who have worked or lived in the Central Coast Chapter area, hold a valid LSIT or LS license, have experience in land surveying, are TrigStar winners, and are current CLSA chapter members.

Requirements
  • Resident of the U.S.
  • Undergraduate student OR currently enrolled in an associate degree with the intention to transfer to a 4year college or university, OR pursue a career in land surveying
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Studying surveying, surveying engineering, geomatics, or geomatics engineering
  • Attending an ABET college or university in the United States of America Preferences are given to students who have worked or lived in the Central Coast Chapter area, hold a valid LSIT or LS license, have experience in land surveying, are TrigStar winners, have participated in a CLSA function or attended at least two CLSA Chapter meetings, and are current CLSA chapter members.
