The Clinton and Mary Anne Basey Scholarship supports graduating seniors and prior graduates of North Lake High School in Silver Lake, Oregon, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time at an Oregon public college or university and show interest or involvement in agriculture are encouraged to apply.
