The Clough Fellowship is available to high school students graduating from Coal Ridge, Grand Valley, or Rifle high schools in Colorado and recent GED achievers who are residents of Garfield County, Colorado District RE-2, or RE-16. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree at a not-for-profit school are eligible to apply.
