The Cloutier-Valenti Legacy Scholarship recognizes graduating high school seniors from Cape Henlopen High School in Delaware, Lee High School in Massachusetts, or Norwich Free Academy in Connecticut. Students who are active participants within their schools and communities are encouraged to apply. Those interested in a degree in science receive special consideration.
