The CLSA Education Foundation Scouting Merit Badge Scholarship is available to students enrolled in ABET-approved surveying, geomatics, or surveying engineering programs in California. Students who have earned a surveying merit badge through Boy Scouts of America (or a similar youth organization) are eligible to apply.
