The Coach Robert E. (Bob) Budlove Golf Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors from the 10 eligible cities in the Foundation's service area. Students who are a member of the golf team are welcome to apply. Seniors who attend Petersburg High School in Petersburg, Virginia receive special consideration.
