The Coast Guard Foundation Spouse Grant program assists non-military spouses of Enlisted Coast Guard members in ranks E3-E8. Spouses who are seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree are welcome to apply. Spouses of members E6 and under receive special consideration. Spouses pursuing first degrees (associate and bachelor's), licenses, and certifications also receive special consideration.

Requirements
  • Non-military spouse of active duty enlisted Coast Guard member in ranks E3-E8 **or** spouse of reservist on active duty for at least 1 year in ranks E3-E8
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree Preference is given to spouses of members E6 and under and to spouses pursuing first degrees (associate and bachelor's), licenses, and certifications.
