The Cobell Vocational Scholarship program is for students who are American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, First Nation, or other indigenous peoples of North American heritage and are members of a U.S. federally-recognized tribe. Students who are pursuing a certificate, diploma, or associates degree are welcome to apply.
