The Cogley-Buffington Certified Property and Casualty Underwriters Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from high schools in South Dakota, Southwest Minnesota, and Northwest Iowa. Students who are seeking a bachelor's degree and demonstrate merit through academic achievement and an interest in business are welcome to apply.
