The Col. Delbert Townsend Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Decatur Community High School in Oberlin, Kansas. Students who have attended Decatur Community High School for at least 2 years and who show leadership in extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply. Those attending community college, vocational school, or technical school receive special consideration. Students attending a 4-year school other than Kansas State University are also eligible.
