  • Own a CollegeInvest 529 College Savings account with a minimum savings of $2,000 and a past scholarship recipient
  • Maximum Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $45,000
  • Demonstrate financial need Students must not be eligible to receive a federal Pell Grant.
