About the Scholarship

The Colonel Rodney F. Moody Memorial Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Scholarship honors previous recipients of the General Billy Mitchell Award who are members of the Civil Air Patrol - West Virginia Wing. Residents of West Virginia who plan to attend a National Cadet Officers School, Cadet Civic Leadership Academy, Honor Guard Academy, or take an MER Cadet Officers Course or a CAP nationally sponsors training course are welcome to apply. Interested students should contact their Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program Leader for details.
