The Colonial Farm Credit Scholarship in Memory of Fred Richardson and Allen Swann supports students who are residents of Colonial Farm Credit’s chartered lending territory in select areas of Maryland and Virginia who plan to continue their postsecondary education. Students with an agricultural background studying an agriculture-related field are encouraged to apply.
