The Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI) is available to students who are "I Have a Dream" Foundation Dreamer Scholars, their families, and students in partner programs. Students enrolling in a Colorado public institution are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Dreamer scholar, Dreamer scholar sibling, or Dreamer scholar parent or guardian, **or**
  • Student at a partner program (Boulder Housing Partners, AVID at Boulder High School in Colorado, or Adelante)
  • Graduating high school senior or within 1 year of graduation
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree at a Colorado public institution
  • Demonstrate financial need
