The Colorado Second Chance Scholarship Program is available to youth previously committed to the Division of Youth Services in the Colorado DHS. Students planning to pursue a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree from a postsecondary institution in Colorado are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
