Colorado State Thespian Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming who have been active in theater and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Colorado, New Mexico, or Wyoming who have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Applicants must be active members of their thespian troupe and registered for the Colorado State Thespian Conference.

At the conference, they must present 1) a 2minute audition in acting, musical theater, or dance; or 2) a portfolio with designs, renderings, plots, pictures, or other materials that illustrate their expertise in technical theater.

Selection is based on the audition or portfolio.

The conference registration fee is $40.
