The Community College High Hopes Program is available to graduates of Berkeley High School or Berkeley Technology Academy in California who currently attend a local community college with the goal of transferring to a 4-year college or university. Students who can demonstrate financial need, are first-generation college students, or identify as part of a group historically underrepresented on college campuses receive special consideration.
