Requirements
  • This program is open to spouses and children of active-duty, Reserve, or retired military personnel who are attached or assigned to Fort Benning or who reside in the Tri-Community area (Columbus/Fort Benning/Phenix City).
  • Applicants may be traditional students (high school seniors or current undergraduate or graduate students enrolled or planning to enroll full or parttime at a college or university in any state) or continuing education students (who have taken a break in their education and are now continuing).
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic record (including SAT scores for traditional students), community and school involvement, leadership positions held, awards and honors received, and recommendations.
