"Compete with Class" Sportsmanship Scholarship provides financial assistance to seniors at high schools in New Mexico who have demonstrated sportsmanship and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in New Mexico and have participated in sports sanctioned by the New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA).
  • Applicants must be nominated by their athletic director or administrator who can verify that they have exhibited "true sportsmanship." They must be planning to attend a college or university in any state.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
