The COMTO Chicago Founding Fathers Leadership Legacy Scholarship is available to minority undergraduates who are residents of Illinois or students at a school in that state and are members of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Chicago. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in the transportation field, including engineering, STEM, social sciences, and business administration, encompassing civil, construction, environmental, mechanical, and electrical areas, and a career in transportation, are eligible to apply.
