The COMTO Chicago Founding Fathers Leadership Legacy Scholarship is available to minority undergraduates who are residents of Illinois or students at a school in that state and are members of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) Chicago. Students planning to pursue a career in transportation are eligible to apply.
