COMTO Member Scholarship in Honor of Clarence Brangman provides financial assistance to minority residents of the southeastern Pennsylvania region who are high school seniors planning to work on an associate or higher degree in any field.

Requirements

This program is open to minority seniors graduating from high schools in the southeastern Pennsylvania region, which includes Delaware and South Jersey.

Applicants must be planning to enroll fulltime at a postsecondary institution in any state and work on an associate degree or higher in any field.

They must be a member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

U.S. citizenship is required.
